Rare Beauty

  I spend most mornings searching out misty landscapes, but in the winter it's the hardest of frosts I am looking for, or snow if I am really lucky. 

The images in this gallery are made on such chilly mornings, which can be quite rare in the balmy south!  Most are taken within the South Downs on the 1% of lowland heath left in the park; rare beauty indeed.
